Hello everyone. I have aquestion. It may be too early but I just want to start getting ready so I dont have to rush.

Once you receive the NOA1 for the I-129F:

Note: Begin assembling information for the interview - vaccination records, I-134/I-864 supporting documents, and other items listed below that will be necessary to send to your spouse for their interview.

1.) Do they mean my shot records? I am 29 years old and wouldnt know where to begin to look for the shot records.....

2.) I printed the i-864 from the internet, I think I have the i-134 somewhere too. Arent they going to send me that in one of those packs?

the following is from the guides:

3. You will need at a minimum (for the above form) two to three of your most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position. Begin collecting these asap after your NOA2 arrives. You will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134/I-864.

As far as the bankin statements, I dont have a bank account, I use one of thos prepaid credit cards. I cant open one? how should I go about that?

thanx people. I have to get ready for work! ttyl!!

Pray with me Forrest! Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here..... Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here!

Are you the American citizen who is petitioning, or the foreign beneficiary ? Vaccination records are required of the beneficiary only.

I am answering your other questions with the assumption that you are the USC.

Yes they will send you the I-134.

Bank records or proof of other assets are only required if your annual income does not meet the poverty guidelines. If your salary/compensation is above that level (and not "borderline,") then you won't need banking statements, etc.

But opening a bank account is easy -- just go to the bank of your choice with at least $50 (for most banks) and say "I want to open an account."

You're in the right place for plenty of information, advice and support. Best of luck with your visa journey !
