So am looking at two diff pages on the London embassy website,

one page says i need to fill out and send forms; ds 230, ds 156 +copy, ds 156k +copy, ds 157+copy and ds 2000! n then the checklist obviously.

Then the other page on same site says only forms ds230, ds 156 +copy, ds 156k, ds 157 + copy.

So which one is right?!!!! For the London embassy to clarify.

And also, question on originals, do i need the original tax returns form sponser n co sponser, or is just signed copys ok from them to show at interview?

With the sponsers or co sponsers affivdavit, do they also need to write a letter accompanying it? If so what does it need to include?

There are way too many people saying way too many things, i know everyones diff but that is why i decided to post cause after looking i was finding too many answers for me.

Thank you for answering

To be honest, other than plus of minus a copy, the forms they are asking for look the same, not sure of the confusion... However it is always better to err on the side of caution and put a copy of everything in the package...

Copies of Tax returns are fine since originals are most times sent to the IRS when filed

10/14/2000 - Met Aboard a Cruise ship

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

I-130

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

Thanks, yea copies of taxes are fine then thanks.

Well the confusion bit is over what to send to the london embassy, do i send all the copys in the packet? And also, anyone know about form ds 2000? is this something needed?

And just the other one does anyone know if my sponser or co sponser or both need to send a letter with their affidavi? If so what does it need to say?

Thanks
