Hey Guys ! Finally I sent I-751 Package today although mine window opens on Dec 04 but could not get a chance to send . Please see mine evidence and what do you think is this sufficient ?.

1. Phote copy of mine green card .

2. Health policies I am dependent on mine spouse program.

3. Copy of driving lisence both mine and my spouse showing same address.

4. Joint account showing bankstatement.

5. AAA- cards both name

6. Utilities bills.

7. 3 years joint tax returns.

8. Hotel reservation bills on both names

9. Buy car jointly.

10. Affidavid of support ( two )

11. Car ensurance policy both name

12.copy of sales agreement both name . ( Just bought house )

13. Letter from Minister of Church that we both are the member of that churh.

14. Phone bills showing family program mine and her name.

15. Photo copy of social security card showing same last name.

I-130 Petition -Timeline

10-04-06 - Petitioner (wife) sent I-130 to USCIS Vermont Service Center

10-14-06 - Petitioner received NOA 1 "Receipt Notice"

01-17-07 - USCIS NOA2 "Approval Notice"

10-27-06 - Petitioner received NOA 1 "Receipt Notice"

I-485 AOS Timeline

05/26/07 - Submitted I-485 package to USCIS Chicago

06/01/07 - USCIS sent I-797C NOA "Rejection Notice" and returns cashiers check

06/08/07 - Called USCIS to inquire why check was returned; USCIS confirms correct fee and advises to re-submit check and I-485 package to Chicago.

06/29/07 - NOA2 "Receipt Notice" received from USCIS

07/17/07 - Biometrics appointment at USCIS York, PA

07/31/07 - Rec'd NOA4 (AOS Interview Notice)

09/20/07 - AOS Interview at USCIS Philadelphia, PA

03/04/08 - Green Card received ( Valid till March 04, 2010 )

12/24/09 - Sent Package to Vermont Service Center

12/29/09 - USCIS Received Package

01/02/10 - Received one year Extention letter from USCIS Vermont Center

01/08/10 - Received Biometric Appointment Date - 01/26/10

01/21/10 - Early Biometric done

04/21/10 - Approval letter received

04/23/10 - Green Card Received Valid- March 15, 2020

12/02/10 - Sent Package to Lewisville, Texas

12/07/10 - USCIS Received Package

01/05/11 - Early Biometric done originally 01/11/11

02/15/11 - Received Biometric letter

02/23/11 - Interview- Passed
