Just curious how many here filed after March 6, but before the new forms were available who haven't received the IMBRA RFE?

I thought I remember reading in one of threads that USCIS stated that all IMBRA RFE's would be mailed off by the end of June. I have yet to receive anything - nor has my case been 'touched' since June 14th.

They were supposed to honor the original NOA1 dates in sending out the IMBRA RFE's. So far that's been hit or miss. With a NOA1 date of June 14 your probably still in line to get it. It seems they are sending them out in batches then waiting for them to come back then sending out the next batch. In watching the pattern it seems they are on the third batch now. There are some with later dates that have gotten the RFE but for the most part they seem to be going from earliest to latest. Give it a little time.

I have seen the same pattern. Many people who have submitted their petition from mid may to jun 15, have yet to receive their RFE. Like anything else CSC is unbelievably slow. Hang in there it will show up soon.

All of us who had petitions in manila haven't been touched. The VSC is processing all petitons simulataneously instead of giving priority to those that were already approved. That is why we are waiting so long. I'd bet your petiton gets handled before ours does because it never left the USCIS. All of this is because of their failure to properly inform us of IMBRA when the law was passed, and their failure to use the 3 months prior to the law's effective date to revise the I-129F. They are doing everything ### backwards and making no attempts to rectify the situation. Good Luck

Sent AOS/EAD: March 30, 2007

Receipt Date: April 1st, 2007

NOA: April 6, 2007

Biometrics: April 30, 2007

Transferred to CSC: May 8, 2007
