Evidence of Relationship?

Hello guys! I hvae situation as following

I just completed my education and came back, I have now fiancee in USA, we met there, and she will ifling for k1, which will come to MUMBAI consulate.

I have following things as evidence

evidence of relationship started

1] we met at hotel, where I was vacationing, I have reciept where I stayed, and she has pay stubs from there

2] a stub of ticket to movie we got together on a trip

3] 2pics of us at various different places, 1 of them is dated, other one just has year on it, a pic by my mobile, a pic by her moms mobile

4] her mom and her moms friend will give a NOTarized affadavit for our relationship

5] A cc reciept of shopping with my card, with which we bought her shoes

6] my f1 xerox and stamps on my visa

Evidence of ongoing relationship

1] Chat records

2] Phone calling and recieving records

3] reciepts of birthday cards and lettrs we sent each other

Will mumbai consulate take it or will require more evidence of anything else??? Pleas guys let me know

and also how easy it is to get a visitors visa IF supposedly I want to visit her ?

Your visa stamps, the photos of you two together are going to be the best proof of your relationship. The movie stubs do not have your names on them, the cc receipt doesn't have her name on it so there is no proof either of those was for you and her. The pictures will need to be printed.

The phone records are good, keep collecting those. The receipts of the birthday cards and letters may not do much good either because they could be for anyone. What you would want to do is keep actual cards after they are mailed and stamped and make sure both of your addresses are on them. You can start doing that now since you are living apart. Chat records I am not sure of however emails will count. These are all considered secondary forms of evidence and are good to have, but not as important as the photos.

Have her employer write a letter on company letter head and ofcourse signed by her boss. You have only two pictures? Make sure you have w-2 ( i send three years worth)

Sorry - this is not evidence of bonafide relationship. That's fodder for other stuff - I-134.

WRITE UP A LETTER - tailor it as a 'evolution of relationship' letter.

But ..

NOT YOU - you don't do it.

SHE DOES IT.

and she submits it with the K-1 application AND on interview day.

thanls guys for the reply, We have about 4 of pics, as I said, 2 are at major places, and 2 of them cell phone via mine and via her mother, andyes I can get w2's and the letter from employer, we have the emails accumulating. and it so happenes more of them are EVolving realtionship, some by me and some by her. okay any more things can be considered any thing at all guys ? we have plenty of time till feb, we are jus watching out for what we have to get in term to make it possible.
