NOA still hasn't arrived :-(

Our application went off to the Vermont Station, and it's being applied for Fiance in Canada. Sent on Nov. 27, arrived Nov. 29, it's now Dec 21 and no NOA, when I see that most got an NOA in a matter of Days. I don't know if something has gone wrong?

Nov 25, 2009: Sent out I-129F Package

Nov 30, 2009: Received NOA1

Mar 31, 2010: NOA 2 Approved

Apr 02, 2010: NVC Received

Apr 04, 2010: NVC Left

Apr 07, 2010: Consulate Received

Apr 26, 2010: Packet 3 Received

Apr 27, 2010: Packet 3 Sent

Jun 28, 2010: Packet 4 Received

May 12, 2010: Medical

Aug 11 2010: Interview Date

APPROVED!!!: Interview Result

Oct 19, 2010: POE

Nov 21, 2010: MARRIED!!!!!!

Mar 16, 2011: AOS Package sent to Chicago Lockbox

Mar 17, 2011: AOS Package recieved Signed for by Jay

Apr 26, 2011: NOA Hard Copies Recieved for AOS, EAD and AP

May 10, 2011: Biometrics Appointment

May 12, 2011: Email - Approved EAD/AP

May 21, 2011: Combo Card Arrived in Mail

July 5, 2011: AOS Interview -------- APPROVED!!!!

you must try to call USCIS about that...to know if they really receive your papers...

It's not been 30 days, so they will likely tell you to try again after that time period. Given the fact that the holidays are this week and next, I'd give it an extra week. It's hard to see others getting responses earlier, but you know that it arrived safely, and that's all you can do at the moment. Hang in there.

March 23, 2010 - Mailed I-485 (AOS), I-131 (AP), I-765 (EAD)
June 7, 2010 - AP received
June 12, 2010 - EAD received
August 27, 2010 - 2 yr Green Card Received!

K-1 Timeline:
April 22, 2009 - I-129F Sent
November 20, 2009 - Interview in Montreal - Approved!
January 3, 2010 - POE (Ambassador Bridge)
January 20, 2010 - Wedding

Have they cashed your cheque? If they have, I wouldn't worry, it will come along eventually
