He's been deceiving at all these time, now what can i do??? Serious info. only please!

The K-1 Visa is for entry into the US, not any other country. Your story doesn't make sense.

Maybe when it does make sense, need for information, then we all can comment.

Sounds like he just went to a different country. He has 6 months from Nov to enter into the US. All is not lost.

Thanks for all your the ideas and support all of you give... I really appreciated.

I already file report with boarding & custume at the international airport and don't know how far he can get. I'm just wondering can anyone person get visas at the same time for multiple countries... i.e. Australia, Frances, etc... Does anyone know???

Anyone has any ideas or any good draft letter I can get so I can write to USCIS? How does this effect my future K1 does anyone know?

A person can get as many visas from different countries as they can get approved for, a visa to the USA doesn't stop a visa to another country being approved. As others have said though, I suspect that either your ex only went through this so you'd send him money for the airfare, which he used for something else and is still in his country, or that he is indeed in the USA, just not with you.

If you do not marry this man within 90 days of him arriving in the USA, or if he does not come to the USA within 6 months of the visa being issued, it is null and void and you will have no more ties to him. If you decide to file for another fiance or spousal visa in future, it won't have any impact other than maybe a question or two at the interview about why the first K1 wasn't followed through (though if you file within 2 years of this first K1, you may need a waiver- this is just a quick letter explaining what happened sent with the second petition).

Sure, a person can get as many visas to different countries as they can. However you obviously don't seem to understand what a visa is and how it is obtained. To get a visa to any country, one has to go to that country's embassy and apply. If you want visas to more than one country, then you have to go to each embassy and apply for each separate from all the others.

Anyone has any ideas or any good draft letter I can get so I can write to USCIS? How does this effect my future K1 does anyone know?

What do you mean future K-1? You were planning to marry this man and now you are talking about future marriages to different men. You sound like a visa scammer.

We've known for several year now didn't have any ideas how deceiving he can be... Everything was fine until they issued him the K1-visa in Nov. of last month. He's been telling me lies that he lost his phone, bad batteries, no signal, he has more appointment to meet with the embassy and etc... you name it. I got a little suspension so i call to the embassy where he's at and spoke to the immigration officer who granted the visas he said "Visa and his passport was handed back to him in his hand at the begining of the month on his third visit we have no further appointment to see him" That's when discovered all the information. I call his family and they all tell me different stories... I heard from my friends that are close by where he lives... said they heard that he went to a different country other than the USA. So I was wondering if there's any kind of screening to filter people like that and what can i do from my ends to report so if i should happen file for a different K1 in the future this doesn't effect me??? PLEASE HELP!!! :( I don't know what to do anymore... and lost a lot of money for this...

The most imporantr thing in a LDR is trust. It must be complete and absolute and unconditional. Without it...bail out.

That said. The K-1 visa has ONE purpose and ONE purpose ONLY. To enter the UNITED STATES and marry the petitioner. It has no value or purpose in any other country for any reason.

On the other hand, if he has the visa he would be able to enter the US at any place and simply vanish. His friends and family, who clearly are lying to you, could tell you he went to another country (why wouldn't they?) meanwhile he is in the USA wherever, doing whatever. After 90 days he will be illegal. My guess is he does not care. You were scammed, big surprise.

Good news?

You didn't marry him. Could have been worse. You may want to notify the USCIS just so in the future they do not believe you were somehow involved in visa fraud to get people into the US which could hurt any future attempts to petition someone.

Sounds like a short-sighted heartless ba~tard.

Did you send him any money?

It sounds very much out of the ordinary, going through the trouble to scam someone for a K-1 and not entering US soil.

I have a feeling he IS on US soil but just hasn't told you exactly where.

He'll definitely be illegal so don't waste time reporting him.

I said short-sighted because if he thinks he can import his family to the US now

after he is there, his goose is cooked on that score as well.

"They heard"......I think they are all lying to you. Chalk it up as an experience and move along, friend. He's not worth your time. He can't do a damn thing unless he marries you without 90 days IN THE US.

I'm sorry.

I would say instead of a "stream of consciousness" {he lied to me, he misrepresented himself,

he cheated me emotionally and out of money} you should state the facts in the form of a

timeline, saying how you were planning to have him come on the K-1 and on what dates

you communicated so & so but got news from his family (in their words) that he had skipped

out. Also show them that you made an effort to communicate with him in the normal way

and what was his response.

Things he may or may not have said may give a clue as to when he left Laos.

Don't forget to tell them how much money and on what date(s) it was given.

Normally when a USC gives the visa holder money for travel, the visa holder will email the

USC the actual document indicating what flight he/she will be on. You must have been

alarmed when this did not occur.

The USCIS wants to know FACTS to the best of your knowlege. Your feelings are also

very important but less so to them. They just wanto to know what happened.

Inventive idea but far-fetched. I've never heard of a US visa as being used to certify

visa-worthiness in another country.

The consul of the other country would say, "then why the hell aren't you in the US now

with your fiancée/wife?"

The plain truth appears to be that his family was covering for him to put you off his trail.

He is somewhere in the US; if not, he is starting a business in Laos with the money

you sent him.

In fact the possibility he is still in Laos may be even greater - does he have some

special indispensable skill that will make him highly employable in the US?

If not, he's probably living with his wife & 6 kids somewhere in Laos.

I'm so sorry this has happened to you. If you just make the report to USCIS that should be enough. After 90 days he is not your responsibility, not do I believe he is now - he did not come to meet you so you are not responsible for him financially or otherwise because he is not in your care. I'm surprised that DHS cannot do a search on the visa on whether or not it has been used. If he has crossed into the USA, they would know about it.

I hope if he comes crawling back that you do not marry him - that would be a huge mistake and I'm sorry you have gotten taken advantage of, be glad you didn't marry him, I'm very sorry for all this.

I really don't think the posting was mean or non-sensitive. Yes we all are sorry that someone has to go through this and has the courage to post here but.....the K-1 is not a get to know you visa. These types of situations just make it all the more difficult for the rest of us.

Yes it may sound mean but here's two people planning on getting married and then he up and leaves and the family is in on the gig and to top it off the poster is concerned about future K-1 petitions? Does this sound like a well thought out unique relationship or just someone who will keep trying again but is put off by the money and time spent on getting nothing?

Obviously there must be more to the story but since the OP didn't want to divulge more we must make assumptions.
