We applied for AOS in November. So far so good, bio done, rest waiting. Application mentions baby and includes his soc. sec. card. Birth cert was not yet available.

Now have a baby (L) and his birth certificate in hand. Has both our names on it. Should we send it in and how to do so? Figure it's pretty convincing evidence of bona fide marriage, maybe our ticket to no interview? Or just sit tight and wait...

Cheers,

beagle

To late to send. Just save it in case you have a interview. You can send it when you do the I751.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
