hey i am in desparate need of help if any one can offer any advice, i know this is usa based forum but you never know ones luck...

I am a 25 year old british woman married to an 27year old brasilian man.

I meet my husband in england the beginning of 2008 once he told me he was illegal in the country we both decided it best to not to make it more difficult for us and we should go to brasil.

So i spent 6months with him in brasil, until my visa expired and had to return to the uk, now 6months later i returned to brasil to marry him,

but i really want to live in england as much as it is lovely in brasil it doesnt meet my life style.

but the problem is my husband was first declined a student visa to england in 2007, so with this took it upon him self to go there anyway illegal..he wanted to study our language as to better his chances of a job job in brasil!

but he got deported and had his finger prints taken!! but these prints are under a false name...

just the name he did not show any false documents of any sorts just told them his name.

then he return to uk again illegal that is when i meet him and we left uk together he was not deported so they are unaware of him being there.

So my question is if we apply to go to uk will his finger prints come up in the system?

will they decline him entry if they do or find out he used a different name?

(however the name he used was very similar to his own name just a small difference which could have been mistaken with his bad prononcation of english at the time.)

should we tell them the truth of how we meet?

what would be the best way for us to go to uk together?

Some help would be very very grateful!!

tell the truth about him?

If the Immigration Department from the UK works the same way it does in the USA, the finger prints will match the moment he presents his application. Since I am not a lawyer nor I am a legal consultant nor I know the UK immigration rules, you probably should consult an immigration attorney.

Hope our US answers can assist you abroad.. Good luck

Do you think we could call the Brazilian embassy in Spain and maybe send copies of his passport stamps? any insight into this would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!! thanks, barbara
