Yes my wife was approved of her CR1 visa and is now entering the country in January. However we have sooo much to do and so little time to do it and i need everyone's help or suggestions. I guess my situation is only unique in the fact that my wife is entering on the 8th and has to get all her stuff done before she leaves with me in March/April time frame for South Korea on a 1 year tour at Osan AFB. Does anyone know the best route to go? We absolutely want to be together and Osan a military installation is still considered US soil but im still worried that at the port of entries that they won't allow her to board the plane or enter the US after we get back from the Korean state. Please let me know what i need to get done because I am slightly confused from what the USCIS lady said. I think she was a little rude and ignorant to put it bluntly and the info was no help at all.

thanks in advance

James and Adriana

Here is the USCIS military helpline, I would suggest you call them. The website also has information for this kind of stuff. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...000082ca60aRCRD

USCIS has established a toll-free “Military Help Line” exclusively for members of the military and their families: 1-877-CIS-4MIL (1-877-247-4645).
