:crying: Please give me any advice about providing proof that we live together. We currently live with my parents who own the house and I don't know what to do on writing a agreement or affidavit. Please help we are trying to get our package mailed off by this week. Thanks in advance :thumbs:

Have one or both of your parents write an affidavit stating that you and your spouse have lived with them at 123 Main St. since xx/xx/xxxx date.

That is what my wife and I did for our Adjustment of Status. Doesn't have to be long and involved. Just state the facts.

Thanks Anhmap and Lisa&Phil for your help. The examples on the guide reflect the sworn affidavit of friends or family that know of the marriage but is not a contract or an affidavit of living arrangement. Thanks again for your responses.

I am also in the same situation as you are living with my in-laws.

I also have posted question about how detailed this letter should (do we need to mention about how much space of the house we use (sq ft etc.) and $ we pay..
