Question about passport type photos

Hi there,

In my reading I've been seeing that there will be a number of instances where I will need to send in a passport type photo with certain forms for the CR-1 visa. I have yet to get the photo I need for my I-130 package, so when I go do this, should I ask for like 10 of the same photo, or does it matter? In other words, do the photos have to be the same on each form where one is required? I can't seem to find an answer to that question anywhere on the boards - I was hoping someone has some words of wisdom! Thanks in advance! :)

Kristi

My photos werent all the same for my different applications but I filed K1. They didnt seem to care that the photos werent all the same, they only looked to see if they were recent within the last 6 months.

Also filed for CR-1 and used photos from different occasions and it never gave us any problems.

I think there were at least three different ones. As long as they are passport photos you should be fine.
