Hello Everyone

I know I haven't been around for quite some time. I have been busy with church functions and figuring out what we will be doing once we are in a one-bedroom, child-free apartment. :yes: The last few days and next couple will be spent getting ready to make the long drive north to my first home to be with my daughter for the holidays.

I just wanted to take a few moments to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas. May the reason for the season be with you all and your families.

Happy New Year too, as I will still be in Canada.

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

3rd EAD card production ordered e-mail: 08/16/2010

Received interview letter in the mail: 09/13/2010

The whole AOS process took almost exactly 4 months ... not too shabby!

Thanks everyone. We are going to give it our best. My daughter told me yesterday that I'm not allowed to pick her up from work for lunch on Thursday as she seems to think she won't want to go back to work after seeing us.... :whistle: ...can't figure out why as it's only been 4 months since we've seen her.
