I need some advice on how cancel a non immigration visa. I sponsored a family member to get a non immigration visa few years an ago. She received 5 years multiple visa. But now it seems she abusing the visa.

Can I cancel the visa ? She travels back home on time and returns back within a week, can someone provide some information how to stop her from returning back when she leaves in 2 months time.

You can't cancel someone's visa, once they have it.

You can, however, report any illegal/fraudulent activity (sounds like this person has a visitors visa, but they are using it like a green card?)

VisaJourney.com recommends that if any member or user knows directly of someone involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, that they report such activity directly to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. You can contact ICE via email at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Duplicate thread removed.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

There's not much you can do.... and I'm not sure why you'd want to...

But Homeland Security officers can stop her from entering the country if they think she's abusing the system.

Old and Grumpy....But an American Citizen!!!
