Hello everyone,

I have a situation here, my husband has got his green card with wrong date of birth. It is because of USCIS administrative error. we filed for I-90 with requiring documents and the original card meanwhile my husband is having a job offer and the hiring company requires either green card or I-551 stamping on the passport. since we have sent our original card with I-90 form and haven't received receipt notice yet for I-90 we couldn't get stamp on the passport.

My question is how long does it take to receive I-90 receipt notice? also I have read from other forums from other websites that One may not get any receipt notice if it is uscis administrative error. Is it true? If so, what are my other options.

any advice would be a great help.

thanks.
