Well, as a few of you have said, I guess the 2010 Poverty Guidelines wont come out until the middle of February. (Or a little later) I haven't even started the first step of the visa process yet, but my fiance and I were planning to send the fiance visa petition next month. I could get it ready to send now, but I just wanted to wait until I can get a co-sponsor before I do that. My dad said he might be willing to be a co-sponsor, and since my fiance is currently in the U.S. visiting me, we were going to visit my dad next month and talk to him about being a co-sponsor, but I wish I had the guidelines for 2010 to show him. So I'm just a little confused, so if I sent the fiance visa petition before the 2010 Poverty Guidelines came out, the 2010 Guidelines will still apply to us right? I would assume by the time of my fiance's interview in Finland, the 2010 Poverty Guidelines will be out. I just want to make sure I understand everything I can before we start this process.

Sorry for the double post, but I can't seem to edit my post anymore. Anyways, I should of mentioned I am talking about the K-1 Visa, not the DCF. I know this topic is in the DCF forum, but I assume the Poverty Guidelines are the same for both.

Yes, even if you file now, they 2010 guidelines will probably apply to you as they will probably be published and in effect by the time you submit your I-134 and certainly by the time you submit your I-864 (when you file for adjustment of status)
