NVC AVR system

I just called NVC and AVR system said that THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORD OF OUR CASE and I'm sure that I have entered our case number correctly. WHY IS THAT?. our case was completed dec 9, 2009 and we're just waiting for our interview to be scheduled by NVC. this was my first time to call their automated system but I oftenly talked to a live operator before to inquire the status of our case. tnx!

You have to talk to the person, the automated system won't update in time (i'm assuming your a K1 or K3). I just called them about mine, they gave me the NVC case number and said it went into the system today.

Anyway, it should be in the system, but when I talked to them on the phone they said it could take up to 90 days. I'd maybe ask someone more familiar with F2 procedures
