I am about to file the AOS package for my immigrant spouse.

Do we need to attached any daily pictures (I don't mean passport pictures), to the applications?

We had a really small wedding in the city hall. and don't really have daily pictures.

If we need to include daily pictures in the AOS package, what are they looking for?

Or we can wait till the interview to show them the pictures?

Thanks~

We made a collage of pics about 12, on one page and printed it from my computer as "evidence of bonafide marriage" for I-130. It's not necessary though, but I like to think the IO doing processing our application can at least put a face to a form and we won't be forgotten ;-) haha... The pics were of us with his family, of us with different groups of our friends, us on a trip to Key West, on halloween etc. If you're going to send pics keep it short and simple as you have to take them to the interview anyhow..

For our I-130 we just used a joint lease and joint bank account as proof of marriage, we didn't send any photos with the AOS package (apart from the passport pics of course). At the interview we brought an album with wedding and christmas pics with family, and some shots from when my mother visited. We aren't really 'photo people' so didn't have any of everyday life, but we put a lot of other stuff in the album too, like valentines/anniversary cards, ticket stubs from trips etc.

We put in 10 photos of us in a photo wallet clipped to our I-130 evidence.

We used pics of us with his family at a baseball game in San Fran, then pics of us on vacation, pics of us over the time we've been dating. Basically every pic was different - different occasion or location.

On the back of each one we wrote month, year and location.

Good Luck

We also sent 10 pictures from different occasions. From our wedding, from our family dinner, and some daily pictures. I wrote down the date and the location on the back of the pictures.

Good luck. :)

We sent a couple pages of photos (10 to a page), one page entirely dedicated to the wedding, the other showing us together with friends, family etc and on trips to different places, to match up with ticket stubs we sent showing we had travelled together
