thanks Baron 555, first I dont know what regional forum is, where do i locate it ? and yah My pass port have visa and everything stamped since I had been there, along with My degree with transcript,

thanks for the affadavit point, I will now tell her to get it notarized. good point really. and as I said Hotel reciept is when I stayed where we met and hwere she used to work, I dont think it will be a problem for her to get a letter from ex-employer that she worked there. and since ANOTHER TRIP is not an option for me as of yet, I am thinking if what i have is enough?

Go towards the bottom of the main Forums page and look for the REgional Forums. Find the one best matching for India. There will be better information that is specific for that country's consulate and any particular information that consulate may be requiring.
