8/1/12: ROC window opens
9/4/12: ROC packet sent
9/8/12: ROC packet delivered to VSC
9/12/12: Check cashed
9/14/12: NOA letter received (NOA dated 9/10/12)
9/20/12: Biometrics letter received (Bio appointment 10/15/12)
10/12/12: Early biometrics walk-in

4/27/13: RFE received

6/17/13: RFE response sent

7/1/13: ROC petition approved

7/5/13: GC received in the mail.

Well he had a very short interview.. was only asked 2 questions(only about our daughter) and the interviewer looked at his pictures no other proof.. Took his passport and told him they would call him.. So now just waiting for the phone call.. Inshallah he will get it soon and come to be with his family!! :dance::yes::dancing:

He had a man.. And he just asked him how old she was and for her birth certificate

What do you guys think about this.. The interviewer did not give my husband a pink white or blue paper, just a little piece of yellow paper with a number on it, he said it was to pick up his passport... The man told him that they trust our relationship.. Does that sound like an approval or AP?? I am soo confused!!

That's all my husband got too. They told him to bring that the next day to pick up his passport. Congratulations!

Yeah. The only difference is that they told him what time to come the next day to pick up his visa. They didn't tell him that they would call him. It still sounds good though. Hope that he hears something soon!
