I went to the BI office on friday but the person who signs everything wasn't there. They told me i can get it done at the airport I never did it there before. My problem is i got me and my fiancees tickets on friday we will be leaving on monday at 12:45 noon. Or do you think if i get to manila at 7 i can get to the BI in Pasay City to get Clearance. Does anyone know what it will cost if i get at airport.

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

WOW,This is the 1st I have heard about this. Do they need an immigration clearance to leave the country after everything else that they have to provide from the CFO,Medicals and the Interview?????

I've been here for 8 months

1) Did you arrive without visa? - If yes, you are allowed to stay 21 days without visa and allowed to apply for extension

2) Did you arrive with visa? - if yes, it would have allowed you 59 days stay and allowed to apply for extension

3) Did you apply for extension of your stay? - If yes, you can apply for ECC at airport. If no, you are now an overstaying alien subject to fines, penalties, motion for consideration and other fees but may still pay ECC at airport.

B. At the Airport

Proceed to the Immigration Cashier Counter for assessment and payment of the required fees.

After payment, proceed to the Immigration Officer of the Day (OD) Counter or designated ACR I-Card Counters for boarding/departure clearance.
