I have decided I'll purchase a delta airline ticket for my fiancee. she'll leave from Ghana to JFK- then catch another flight from JFK to minnesota. No direct flight from Ghana to Minnesota yet.

my question is.

What questions will they ask her at the airport- JFK and what are the answers to those questions? thank you!

Congratulations on the recent approval.

For the most part - clearing CBP with a visa is pretty uneventful - no real trick questions so there don't seem to be any real right/wrong answers (its not like they've got time to quiz every person). And of course once cleared through JFK, connecting flights are much simpler.

You can read about other people's experiences in the POE reviews section - its helpful. POE Reviews

You will be fine. It's much nicer knowing you have the visa in hand and also very exciting.

Where about in Minnesota are you. I also live in MN.

Again, don't worry, just look forward to seeing each other.

Likely very few questions. My wife wasn't asked any questions.

Allow AT LEAST four hours between flights at JFK

How did you find America?

I agree to have around 4 hrs for waiting to have her visa checked & clearing customs.

They will check all baggage at the POE as well, then re-load checked baggage for the flight to Minnesota.
