Hi

I'm filing for adjustment of status from an F-1 visa. My spouse is a US citizen. We are almost ready to send off our forms, but we're confused about how many photos to send with the I-485. Do I include 2 photos with the I-485 and an additional 2 with the G-325A in the packet (so 4 altogether)?

Thanks for your help!

If your mailing AOS, AP, EAD. You need 2 for each one which would be a total of 6. If your not sending the others you only need 2 photos.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Form I-130 (relative petition) : 1 passport pic of you & 1 of the spouse.

Form I-485 (AOS) : 2 of you

Form I-765 (Employment authorization) : 2 of you

Form I-131 (Advance Parole - travel document) : 2 of you

So in short if you'll filing for everything (including travel document & work permit) you need 7 of you (the immigrant) and 1 of your spouse (the US citizen.)

Good Luck
