you will need to bring your vaccination sheet from your appointment in the phils to a CS in america along with the 693 form. The CS will determin what shots you need to have updated or if you are missing any shots. The CS will then fill in the form administer any shots you need sign it all and seal it in a " Do Not Open " envelope which you put in your AOS packet to mail off for AOS.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

hello again.. i want to ask about the vaccines needed to be completed for the i693?

My wife needed 2 shots when she arrived from Manila, HPV and Varacella (chicken pox). These had to be given before we could send our I-693 in for AOS.

I have seen where the USCIS is not going to require HPV immunization anymore for immigration purposes. That will be a big savings as we paid 143$ just for the HPV. Varcella was 93$ or so.

You can get the required shots at your family doctor or county health department, then give the records to a USCIS approved doctor for transcription.
