Applying UK Student Visa for Wife

Hello all,

I am thinking while my wife is waiting for CR1 to apply UK Student Visa so she can further her English studies. One question is, if UK Consulate rejects her application for Visa and stamp some sort of denying code on her passport, would that affect when she applies for her CR1 at the US Consulate? Can the US Consulate ask why Britain denied her entry?

I just want to make sure we don't do anything that might affect her US immigrant Visa later on.

According to my personal experience NO. bcoz when my CR1 visa got approved there was a refusal stamp in my Passport , but they didnt ask about that, so that would not be a problem

Was that UK Visa refusal stamp? Did it clearly state "Refusal" or something like that which is clear to anyone reading it? Thanks!

that was for Canadian student visa, and that was a stamp of passport seen but its understood if u have a stamp of passport seen but no visa than its a refusal.
