I just got the email last night that the petition was approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you everyone so much for all your help and putting up with all my silly questions durring the application process!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now the 2nd part of the journey!!!!! So do I have to wait to get the letter in the mail to set up the medical ? I know I should wait a week to call for the interview right? I know Pam has all the paperwork ready except for the last thing i need to send her like paystubs and stuff like that current chat logs ....western union receipts stuff like that but is there anything else I need to do? Or is it all on pam now?

Here's what you can do next:

> In a few days, call the National Visa Center (NVC) and get your MNL case number from them.

> After you get your MNL case number from the NVC, wait a week or two and then call the U.S. Embassy in Manila and use your MNL case number to make an interview appointment for your fiancée.

> She can go get her medical exam at SLEC a week or so prior to her interview.

Yeah as long as they accept my evidence after the cutoff...i dont think it will make it before xmas like they said it was needed by. I was depending on the USCIS site to be updated...it was never updated until I called on the 15th...then it said I had an RFE sent out to me on the 1st of December, but was dated 25 November. When i called the USCIS they said just see what the CSC does with it. If they deny my petition, i can get it reopened for free since i am military. We will see..Hopefully they will receive the evidence by the monday after xmas and then i will call and expedite it again.

At least you are one step closer and I am happy for you both. How is moving coming?

With u serving our country ( i say you are protecting me) u should get better treatment then the rest of us!!!!!.....Thanks for asking about the move I am getting the keys this week !!!!!....it is an older house than I am in now but 200 hundred cheaper a month more land and will have a pool now!!!....plus the owner pays for the landscaping, pest control ....and weekly pool services so I am happy !!!!....plus I have 2 weeks between both places to move so less stressfull!!!!

That's awesome...let us know how your move goes. Yeah, 2 weeks to move your stuff is a lot better than what you would have before. So you going to be moving starting around the 1st of the year?

Yeah i can only wait and see what the CSC will say or do. It is out of my hands now. With any luck i should be getting a NOA 2 after the first of the year. I would like to have it before leaving here so when i go to the PI we can do the medical in feb. I know Mhay wants to be in alaska after the winter...by march it is still winter... I would like to have her there by the middle to end of june though. So she can see the summer there and we can be together for our 1st wedding anniversary.

i think all the expedited process got an RFE he sent the evidence the day of the deadline itself he was in a 3 weeks training in an island in HI before when the RFE arrived so he dont have any choice but to send the evidence even if its late we got approved after few days

have your wife on your orders also so she can get a free plane ticket when shes ready to fly over here and u will also get paid

I wish i could get her on my orders, but i will have to pay for her ticket. I hope things will be fast for us. As soon as I have delivery confirmation, i will call and do another expedite on the case.
