Hi, I submit my petition for my wife for the I-130 (NOA1 April 21, 2009), and it looks that only takes 5-6 months to get approval. Now, We are in December and still pending, I called the Inmigration Customer Service, and they told me that my petition is on the line, that they stopped because of waiting to finish the "investigation". I don't know what it means... but I start to get angry because everybody is getting their petition after the date I submit my I-130. MY petition is getting too long, almost 7 months, and nothing happens.... Can anybody send me an advice?, please

Also, I submit the I-129F on September 1, 2009

I'm happy for all of people who's getting their NOA2, but I'm starting to feel frustrated with the USCIS and my case.

Call back, ask :

1. are name checks complete?

2. is my casefile in AP ? If so, what date did it start?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I do believe that it might have something to do with the late submission of the I-129. Many times, the I-130 gets held up to allow for the I-129 to catch up to it... Which of course adds to the point that K-3s are basically a waste of time and obsolete... OP, ask for a service review since you are outside of the processing times...
