Are you talking about the really spicy mustard? I remembered my mouth was on fire but it was sooooo good!

Yes, the kind that they eat with their fries. It has a taste different than any mustard I've had.

Not to be a bummer, but doesn't Grey Poupon (and other dijon mustards) contain wine? If your MENA SO is ok with that, then fine. But maybe they'd want to know, to make their own decision about it. I mean, who would think mustard might contain alcohol?

Oh no's!!! I hope i'm not turned into CPS for giving my little 14 year old cousin a sandwich with grey poupon since it contains wine!

Lol, yeah we don't obsess over stuff like that.

Well I couldn't dunk my fries in mustard seed Laura!!

Sorry, I should have been more specific about what I was talking about in my post.

Well you are just being far too needy!! Just kidding, I really wanted to throw out a suggestion since I'm usually the one asking for help :)

I know, thank you Laura!

I know exactly what you mean and it is different from any mustard I've had here. The only time I had it in Morocco though was when we stopped for lunch at the train station in Fes. The place was a dive but the food was amazing, including the mustard. We didn't have it on our fries the rest of the trip though because I introduced my husband to ketchup on fries and he looooooved it. After teasing me about it first, of course! LOL!

Keep me posted though because I'd love to find the Moroccan mustard too. Sorry I can't be of more help. Maybe the recipe Christeen found would work??
