congrats

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Congratulations first of all!!!!

Compared to California Service Center, VSC is slow - CSC is tracking 2 months. However, compared to how long they claim it takes (6 months) yes they are faster. it is all relative.

Congratualtions!!! :wow:

Im glad you are done with teh stress of waiting and not knowing.....Enjoy the Holidays now...Go have a couple of drinks

I sent all my stuff, did Biometrics and am waiting...papers received by USCIS on Nov 2nd..Biometrics done Dec 11th.

My question is I had submitted evidence of a joint bank account that my husband and I have had for over 5 years.

We were discussing today that we want to close that account and open it at another bank....since we are very unhappy with the present banks services and riduculous fees charged every month.

Can we do that...what if I get an RFE after I close the account???

Is it smart to close it now and open a new one..or just wait and pay the greedy @%^=#@#% bank more fees???
