Finally my AOS is APPROVED!!!

Finally they are going to send my GC .....its been a long long time after they approved my AOS and I don't know what happened.....

Last June 11,2009 I had my interview and everything goes well except for the vaccination record..they want me to complete my shot.....

so they gave us a new schedule to go back there and that was

July 28,2009 and then when we gave the document that day the lady officer said she can't decide because my file is not yet there.....my husband asked her WHY????? my husband told her "when we had our first appointment here the officer who interviewed us showed it and reviewed it in front of us.....so why you are telling now the Packet is not yet here??????" the officer just said I can't do anything now you just need to wait......

my husband was really pissed.....lol! then we wait and wait and wait....

then I called the customer service to complain about it.......they sent us mail that they receieved my complain.....blahhhhhh....blahhhhhh....its been months after I called the customer service still no progress then we decided to use INFO PASS since my husband will be off .....

last Dec 14 we went there and we asked the officer why there is no news about my AOS ....my husband tell everything what those officers told us and she went upstairs and check my file and then she is said my file is in the FILING ROOM.....she apologize many times because she said I don't know what they are doing upstairs ....and you've waited for long months......and then last night we received their e-mail .......

We are so happy that we are not going to worry about it anymore.........
