Another lesson to learn from this is to never go to any kind of interview after having a couple of drinks!

Many people here were asking:

"Why would she sign such a document if she really entered the relationship in good faith ?"

Well, my question to them is the following:

"Why on earth do you think she wouldn't sign if her judgement was impaired ?"

Lesson learned: Hire an immigration atty. before taking steps on filing a petition, especially cases like this.. It is what it is.
