Hello mga kababayan,..

Hi I just want to ask if I can bring my older sister with me during my interview on Jan 5 2009? , I am only 16 still minor

What kind of ID she needs to present during my interview?

can you give me some advice?, I was petition by my Step father CR-2

Be there as early as possible,at least 1 hour before your interview time.

It could be better for you to contact the embassy,if you can bring your sister, but I think she cannot accompany you inside the embassy.

Jan. 24, 2010 - Interview!! Approved

Jan. 28, 2010 - VISA received

Mar. 03,2010 - POE, New York (JFK)

Apr. 12,2010- CA ID

May 20,2010- CA Driving License

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

Jan.25,2011- Our daughter was born

It would be best to call the Embassy to see if they will allow your sister inside. The USEM prefers a parent or guardian to accompany minors.

Visa eligibility for minors age 20 and under is typically based upon the qualifications of their parents or legal guardians, who must submit their applications. Exceptions will be made only in cases where it is impossible for a parent/guardian to appear for interview.

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
