waiting-1,

If LPR status is granted before the 2nd wedding anniversary it should be with conditions. If LPR status is granted after the 2nd wedding anniversary it should be without conditions.

Yodrak

So if the fbi name check can take anywhere from 2 months to over 2 years, someone has thier AOS interview today and then 2 years later their fbi name check clears, would they still get a 2 year conditional card? or the 10 year one?

I like to tell myself that I'm glad the namecheck delayed us, because now we won't have to file to remove conditions. But . . . I'm not. It's annoying, but what can we do.
