pls help i need to know how to file a petition for my wife and my step son... ty :whistle:

Ty s0 much for the guide... quick question pls... do i need to file seperate I-130 for my step s0n age 6?... does the I-130 and G325 needs to file together... ty alot.. im new to this forum. ty so much

your wife and step son need separate I130's filed.

Removal of Conditions: 12/09/2011

ROC check cashed 12/15/11

NOA1 12/13/11

Biometrics 1/6/12 Complete

RFE 9/13/12

RFE package sent back 10/17/12

Card Production Ordered 12/04/12

10 year card arrived in mail 12/10/12

Seperate I-130s and fees but no need a G325A for the kid.

Get a few NSO BCs for each. They will need them later. Kid doesn't require NBI clearance.

Doesn't need to attend the CFO seminar either.

Make sure you tell them to link them up together at the USCIS stage so your appointments may be at the same time. My husband file for me and my son separately and they gave us two different appointment dates. We had to call the embassy so they could give us one appointment for both.
