What site?

I know what i was saying was true. It was him who was bluffing about the site. and putting words in my mouth and jumping to wrong conclusions without even giving me the chance to say more about it.

It is a technique that COs use sometimes. They accuse you of a lie and then watch your reaction. While it works and helps them to weed out fraudsters, it also many times gives a psychological trauma to truthful and sensitive people. I do not know any embassy other than US that uses this technique.

I guess it is much like waterboarding is justified if you are a terrorist suspect. By same logic, traumatizing someone is justified if they are suspected of immigration fraud.

Just a thought, do you have a common name? I know sometimes there is some confusion with getting people mixed up. If they thought you were a different person prior to your arrival they might already plan on you being put in AR till they know for sure. Also if there is something questionable on your case the consul might try to rattle you to try to get you to say something incriminating, full knowing your already going to AR. I'm not trying to scare you or anything just maybe it will help you figure it out faster. I do wish you Good Luck with your AR and if everything is true God will light your way.

Hi, if you are a Catholic, it may make you feel better if you go to a church or shrine, like in Baclaran, or in Quiapo. If you are not, then just keep praying. I just want to share with you my story.

My medical and interview went fine and smooth with a lot of prayers. But at nearly 2 am on the day I was going to the airport (Paranaque City area) I was robbed, the robber took my handbag, including all my documents (Passport and Visa Packet). I don't know what feeling you would feel if you were on my situation, but at the police station I knelt and cried to Mother Mary and Our Lord to help me because I really did not know what to do. My fiance was very very upset. At 2:45 am, at same day, the robbers were trapped, but some escaped, by the police (Makati City Area) leaving all the things they robbed. I got all my things back. My flight was supposed to be October 30, but because of the incident, my fiance had my flight rescheduled last November 5, 2009. I was in the news, but I still have trauma from the incident that I don't even want to read it again till now.

Cheer Up!!! Miracles happen all the time, just keep praying. My chances of recovering my stolen things and documents were very very very slim. I totally lost hope of getting back my things and documents, but God works in ways we never could imagine. :)

I just had my interview this morning for K1 visa. My most awaited one. I had mine at 8:00 Am at window 29. The guy was a good looking one, but behind that gorgeous face was a horrible character. I know that their job is to scrutinize people, but wasn't expecting him to call me a liar where in fact I said all truth and nothing but the truth. I just don't understand what went wrong. Docs were all good and complete.. Questions were answered honestly. What more should I say? And when my name was called at the counter 37, the pinoy guy told me my case is for further review. They didnt say if i am denied or approve. Im so nervous that I wanna die now. Like my whole world and dream to be with my fiance all vanished. But my loved ones said, you said all truth and we don't know yet what will be their decision about it. But I don't want to hold on anymore. My dreams were all shattered and felt so humiliated.

I just want to know if this case really happens? I am now praying hard..really hard.. that somehow God will listen to me and hoping it'll be approved. Or will I ever have another interview? I don't like another humiliation from a consul.

Is there anybody here who has the same case? Or experienced same thing? Why do they need further review? Where all i said were true and honest. :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

they did us the same way, then sent my wife to a fraud prevention interview. we had a congressman's wife at the wedding, in the Philippines. her uncle has an office in the embassy. the fraud unit grilled her, until after everyone else had left for the day. about seven hours!!!

we waited almost three months before the visa was issued!!~!

SO HANG ON TO THE FAITH, IT WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU TOO!!!!!!!!!!!

no you're not denied unless they said u are. and ive witnessed also that they returned the passport to this lady at window 37 just saying her hubby's paper was lacking (and need to complete them first)... though its just common in my opinion that when they denied someone they will return their passport right away with the knowledge of being denied. in this case since they didnt, so a big of a chance that she's only under AR...

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Thank you for clearing this up for those who are new to the whole thing, there is a possibility that someone might get misinformed about it.

Yes, she's more likely to be on AR, and keeping her passport is a good sign she's not denied.

Hi brij...dont loose hope...you are not denied...Sept. 8, 2008 I was interviewed, my paper were ok according to the consul but we lack an important paper my husband 2 divorce paper, what complicate it most is that the name of his ex-wives were not included in G-325 and I even give wrong names. They give back my passport and given the white paper mark about the divorce paper. Sept. 15 I pass the divorce paper and my passport. A week after the embassy called me and They ask my husband to explain why it was not included in the G-325, after 2 trips in the US Embassy Nov. 5, 2008 my Visa was printed. I got my visa Nov. 7, 200.

For everyone concerns, when they give you back your passport that dont mean your denied unless they tell you so. I believe they follow the due process before they denied your dreams.

Be optimistic. There's a LIght at the end of the Tunnel  God Bless

Have your fiance call the IV unit after the holidays 02 301-2000 extension 5184 or 5185. I called once a week when Meryll was put on AR for the previous Document Verification fiasco.

The suggestion of calling your Senator is also good.

As for what to tell everyone, tell them you are on AR or AP.

As a few others have asked? Did they keep your Passport? If they did, then you need to give them what they want. The white slip should say what is needed....

As I stated earlier.. they didnt put anything. The white paper.. which is a size of the whole bond paper...

they just check

_ WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US....

no check at all above.. they didnt put check what doc/docs.. as in nothing... that's why im confused now.. and left super clueless

hi, i had a white paper before too..no check in any box with "wait until you hear from us" and i was approved. they just need to check your documents.. that is what my CO said to me after my intertview. dont worry..you will be approve..enjoy christmas with your family while you are there. Good luck. :)

Really Nelly? I hope you can share with me your experience with this. How long did you wait for their letter?
