You should of ask questions about what happened, like Why? What do I need to do?, What's the next step.

Sounds like you just ran out and left.

Coz I guess I have no reason to ask him yet. He never said im approved or denied. He just said wait for your name to be called outside. But I fought for what I know was right. And I didnt know if that pissed him off or something. But I stood for the truth while he was enjoying breaking my statements and let me change my version of love story.

As a few others have asked? Did they keep your Passport? If they did, then you need to give them what they want. The white slip should say what is needed....

I just had my interview this morning for K1 visa. My most awaited one. I had mine at 8:00 Am at window 29. The guy was a good looking one, but behind that gorgeous face was a horrible character. I know that their job is to scrutinize people, but wasn't expecting him to call me a liar where in fact I said all truth and nothing but the truth. I just don't understand what went wrong. Docs were all good and complete.. Questions were answered honestly. What more should I say? And when my name was called at the counter 37, the pinoy guy told me my case is for further review. They didnt say if i am denied or approve. Im so nervous that I wanna die now. Like my whole world and dream to be with my fiance all vanished. But my loved ones said, you said all truth and we don't know yet what will be their decision about it. But I don't want to hold on anymore. My dreams were all shattered and felt so humiliated.

I just want to know if this case really happens? I am now praying hard..really hard.. that somehow God will listen to me and hoping it'll be approved. Or will I ever have another interview? I don't like another humiliation from a consul.

Is there anybody here who has the same case? Or experienced same thing? Why do they need further review? Where all i said were true and honest. :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

hello! so sorry you had a bad experience. as details of your posting is slightly sketchy, maybe you can narrate to us exactly what happened so we can give you more advice (helps to get it out of your system). why did the interview become awful?

thats the clue. i know its hard to think right now, i would feel the same... but that's all u can do. wait till you hear from them... regardless if they'll ask anything from you or not, it is what it is... all we got to do is wait... and i believe they didnt return your passport and u said u answered them whole heartedly and honestly, there's a big chance that you'll get your visa soon enough... in fact i'll bet on it... ur just one of the unlucky ones that they'll put on AR. no reason but just randomly pick or at least thats what im thinking... cheer up!

God bless!!!

Hi! I knew what's your feeling right now. I've been in your situation. The CO was insisted that I was changing my identity. I was so frustrated and depressed. I took time for me to calm down and I didn't want to talk to anybody because I was so confident to pass the interview. I was in AP for 3 months but thanks God I am here now with my husband.

Hang in there and just keep praying!

Some people in the waiting area told me... " you shouldn't answer him. Instead, you should've shut up and just nod." but i told them, why should i? I know what i was saying was true. It was him who was bluffing about the site. and putting words in my mouth and jumping to wrong conclusions without even giving me the chance to say more about it.

You said you have told all the truth but it seems that you're so worried about something. You didnt give us information regarding on how did the interview go and what's up with the SITE that the consul bluffed about? Some people here were also put in an AP and got their visa after sometime. If they keep your passport, you will just have to wait till they issue you your visa.Just be patient.

I was going to ask the same thing.

What is it about the site? Is it a paid site and you didn't file for IMBRA????

They must've found out something that you either missed or lying about coz clearly they know something is up.

Give us the questions that he asked and your answer so people can learn or at least understand and help you with your situation.

Your post did not contain any info at all. I know you are upset, if you are finally calm... please give us more info so we can help direct you on the next step.
