I-131, I-765 needed?

Hi all.

I could use a little help on filing in Green card marriage. I recently married to a non-citizen.

He is in his OPT (F-1) so he already has a EAD card with 10 month before expiration.

Do we still need to file for I-765?

Also for I-131, if he doesn't plan on leaving the country until the temporarily green card arrived, is I-765 still needed?

If we do file I-131 which option do we pick in PART TWO, (he is already in the U.S. on F-1 OPT status)

Lastly, can we file everything in one package to USICS? (I-130, I-485, G-325A x2)

I would suggest you fill out ALL the forms -

because his current status has NOTHING to do with his 'Adjustment of Status' ie - nothing is 'carrying over' except the SSN.
