AP in Jordan?

Hey i was just wondering. Is it very common for people who are from Jordan to get AP?

Im getting worried that we will be put in AP after we have are interview.

Ibrahim's AP was 5 1/2 months. Some go faster..some longer.

There is no way to know. We are IR1 and in AP.

Its just that the packet for the DS-230 that my hubby sent me from jordan VIA HDL is stuck there under clearence and there like it would take 30-90 days! I was like what! we payed 100 bucks so i can be here next day. So now my hubby will prob have to go and make them all again! And the Cp-sponser said that the (AOS) will be here today and it never arrived. i gusse it just been a tough day sorry for the rant lol

I sent my husband the DS230 via email. You might want to try that or fax. He returned it to me via fedex.

Now, I had sent him some other docs for the interview via fedex; that package was stopped and inspected a couple of days. He got it the day before the interview.

My husband interviewed on a K3 and we had no AP.

AP normally has nothing to do with you or with proof submitted with your application, it has everything to do with the beneficiary. People traditionally get stuck in AP because of FBI name checks or doubt about the relationship and the USEM needs to maybe do a home interview or something of the sort.

We found it to be the exact opposite of what youre saying. Unless its drastically changed in the last 6 months. It appeared that Amman was "easier" on K visas in general.

but there is no way to "prevent" AP. Amman doesnt seem to dole it out for every other case like some other countries though.

You can make sure you are prepared and have everything in order. Good Luck
