Congrats first of all! :) Good to know she is approved. As for not signing the DS-230, well I have no idea if this is normal or not. To be honest, I would think they check the paperwork throughly before issuance, but people make mistakes. You could of course call the embassy, but hopefully someone will weight in that has a better idea.

But, CONGRATS !! :)

No don't bother them. She was approved. That is all you need to know. Don't obsess over things that are not your concern. I'll ask Alla if she signed hers but congrats and start planning for the trip.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

I had my interview last week and received my visa yesterday. I had the DS 230 part II ready for the embassy but they told me they didnt need it. So apparently you should not worry about it not being signed, as in certain embassies they dont even take it!

Seconded what everyone else has said. Even if she was supposed to sign it, they're not going to "unapprove" her just because of a slight mistake on their part. If she really does have to sign it, they'll probably catch up with her at AOS. Seriously, don't worry about it.

And congratulations to you both!

Thanks for everyone's reply. I was thinking that myself too, but wanted to hear some feedback. For those who are having their interview coming up, please check this post, i will update it with information on my wife's interview experience.

Many thanks to all, and congrats to those who had their recent approval as well. Those still in AP, stay strong:)
