Hello every one yesterday I got my second NOA and is approved I was wondering what are the documents my fiance will need for her interview at the Kiev embassy?

thewill send ur case to NVC which can take max 4 weeks to approve.meanwhile they can ask RFE i.e, Request For Evidence of ur ongoing relation.then they will send ur case to fiance's country embassy ,then they will take up to 2 -3 weeks to send ur fiance a pakcet 3..which will be asking to fill many forms and proof of relation.ur fiance will send back that forms and all stuff they asked in list..then within 2 -3 weeks they will send a packet 3.5 which will have ur fiance's interview date.... so all that means BE PATIENT

all time frames can be more or less depending on your case or number of cases they are dealing with.

because you can begin getting prepared before your fiance received packet 3 - it may take considerable time to get police certificates for them, and for you to get the tax/bank/employer stuff together for the I-134 affidavit and mail that to your fiance.

kiev seems to be turning k1 interviews quickly. most are saying 2 weeks and they can get interview, after kiev gets package. make sure she has medical, police reports and shot records ready to go and translated.

they will also need proof if income from you. i would suggest to go to interview. it dose not hurt and that way you both can go home at same time.

only suggestion...i am going to be doing that with my lady gets interview. just to make sure all goes good and nobody is rude to her!!

Congrats on your NOA-2.....

yep, yep, as mentioned above, that link answered most of our questions as well....Also, follow this one -> http://kyiv.usembassy.gov/visa_iv_forms_eng.html to download the information Packet...that's your Packet 3. Don't wait for the Embassy to mail it to your fiancee', download it and start working on it. In the meantime you can call the service center in Poland to schedule her interview. Just make sure that your case # is in their system. Your case number will start with the letters KEV-........... They enter cases into their systems only on Fridays.
