NVC emailed for missing info?

Please pay specific attention to the questions "MARKED" in the attached I-864 DOES this mean were I failed to complete form ? because they are a lot info but none of that is marked just this as it follows

they want the info that is marked. They use the same form for RFE's so the x's mark the info needed from you, or needing to be corrected and resent to them.

That is what I wanted to hear !!! so poverty guidelines I think Im aok since none of that is marked is this correct ?

nothing is marked about not meeting the poverty guidline.

If you are really worried about it, call NVC and ask.

so what there saying I should not list my daughter ? since she is not immigrating, and on line 10 I should just list wy wife

correct if your daughter isn't immigrating.

As for 21a your wife is the immigrate, so don't count her again as your wife.
