Please pay specific attention to the questions "MARKED" in the attached I-864 DOES this mean were I failed to complete form ? because they are a lot info but none of that is marked just this as it follows

NOTE : seems to me its just like a whole phrase in one sheet, and they only mark whats missing PLEASE anyone can clarify this thanks

and this is included in the sheet but is "NOT" marked is this ok ?

they want the info that is marked. They use the same form for RFE's so the x's mark the info needed from you, or needing to be corrected and resent to them.

nothing is marked about not meeting the poverty guidline.

If you are really worried about it, call NVC and ask.

correct if your daughter isn't immigrating.

As for 21a your wife is the immigrate, so don't count her again as your wife.

hey sdw thanks for helping me out on this ok so let me get this right so in my case should be like this

21a 1 -----for wife since she is the one being supported in this affidavit

21c 0 ?

21e 1 -----for my daughter

add together lines house hold size 3
