Okay we finally done and now looking to book the flight. The problem is i tried hawaii airlines but they want it in her name for credit card. If i use my card will there be problems for her boarding. i have read here that sometimes they do and sometimes you shoudl copy credit card and that is it.

i tried using travel agent but they are more then what i can find on interenet and a couple aren't really helping me they want me to use an airlined i don't want to.

Another question is now with the new rules has anyone flown latley? the reason i ask is they are chaging for bags. Internationally they don't but if she flys into SFO or hawaii then she will fly domestic will she be charged?

If anyone knows this anwser please help, I am goign to call hawaii airlines right now and ask them about this.

try other airlines. i think for connecting flights, no extra charge for baggage. you can still purchase a ticket for her using your credit card but you will need to scan your credit card and email the copy to her.

Hi ,

When my Husband bought my ticket last May, Japan Airlines wouldn't accept his credit card because they said it's a law when you are first timer immigrant you have to purchase it where you are from. So my husband sent me the money and pay them instead on cash. It's kind of pain in a butt but I am sure it's airlines laws and regulations. So what I'm saying is that you can maybe try another airlines.

I was thinking of using hawaii airlines as well but read their policy of the credit card user must be one of the passengers. So I went to travelocity and it was basically the same price, and they only require that the exact name that is listed on their travel documents be correct. Most airlines websites will force you to be the traveling party, but with 3rd party sites like travelocity, orbitz, expedia, etc. you only need to have their exact names as on their travel documents.

yes i was looking into that or using a travel agency. I am still waiting for grace to get home from US embasy. She went there cause my sir name was wrong on passport as soon as she gets home i will knwo if we can book the flight. There is only one seat left on the flight from hawaii to las vegas so i need to book it soon. Orbitz doesn't book out of manila but expedia does. Travelocity doesn't have anything till saturday.

I think 911 mad airlines change their policies but it makes it difficult for people to buy tickets for other people.

I used northwest and bought her tix with my card from their website no issues... no extra charges for anything except exit fees at manila...

thank you been a long long journey and almost here just got ticket on expedia for 670 for thursday manila to vegas. she will be in my arms around 11pm on thursday night. two more nights of being in a bed alone. well technically 1 1/2 as it is already 2am lol

As soon as she gets here i told her she has to do some reports on how things went to repay the ones that will be going through what we did.
