Okay, I have a question.

I was filling out the paperwork and there's the spot where you put your spouse and info about him/her.

My spouse (to be soon anyway) is a naturalized citizen from Taiwan who came here about 15 years back and his A# is on my NOA2.

Should I be putting it since there's a space for it, or shouldn't I since he's a citizen now?

From what I've seen the A# stays with you for life.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Seems to me that if they look up his A#, they will see that he's a citizen. I don't see a reason why you wouldn't put it there.

  • 13 Sep 2012 - **APPROVED!!**
  • 24 Sep 2012 - Card received
