I got a REF for an i693 form which i never sent with the I 485. back in Colombia my wife had to do a full medical exam to get her k1 visa. she tell me all the papers was in a sealed envelope and that customs took that paper work when she entered. does she have to do another medical here for this i 485?

do we have to go to a civil surgeon here or is the medical from Bogota Colombia good enough or even the same thing.

You must go to a civil surgeon in America with the I-693 papers. Civil surgeon must fill out sign and stamp the VACCINATION portion. Your wife may need some new shots the civil surgeon will deside this. Civil surgeon will then seal the papers in an envelope ( DO NOT OPEN ) send the envelope to complete the RFE requirement.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
