Police clearance... It's not going to make it at NVC

I just got my wife's police clearance from Colombia (we are getting ready to send DS230) and it looks terrible!

I mean, it's clean, no police reports ever. The problem is that it looks way too simple. No stamps or seal, no signature, black and white, poor quality print, cheapest sheet or paper you can possible find. It can't be worse! This one is going to be a long shot at NVC. I can see an RFE from here.

Anybody with a similar issue?

Advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

My fiancee received the same thing from DAS in Medellin. DAS claims that this is the only Certificado Judicial that they issue.

i got a blank one from egypt too that means that u dont have any criminal records,so it's clean.just send it and good luck for a speedy case complete
