Mike, go ahead and suspend or ban me if you think I'm violating the TOS or whatever with this post. I didn't submit a ticket because the mechanics of the new system may be new, but it's the same old machinery behind the scenes, and I don't feel like my concerns have been addressed in any seriousness. I'm going to keep posting abuses as I see them publicly, but fine, I'll accompany them with a ticket. Do your worst now if that's not going to work for you.

I'm not re-opening threads to stir the pot. I'm starting new threads because you locked the previous thread without allowing a response. You have said in the past that you don't mind and even encourage public discourse about the moderating team. That's what I was doing. Please clarify: is it ok to talk about moderation in public, or is it not? I've never been under the impression that your new ticketing system is a replacement for open dialog.

Use the contact form, open a ticket, I will review if there is a problem. If you must post here then do so only after you have bothered to even give the review system a chance.
