oh..its a big relief...thnx guys..all welcome........

Some applicants have had their visa approvals reversed after they gave the CO "noogies" upon receipt of their visa.

I was a big fan of the 3 Stooges as a kid, but a "noogie" is given affectionately (which the CO may NOT appreciate, LOL).

I don't much go for "sight gags" any more but this is part of American culture.
