K1 - Conditional but K2 has 10 year visa

My spouse's conditional green card will expire my May 2010. During the AOS process, she received a 2 year conditional green card. However, for our K2 son, he received a 10 year green card.

Reading the instructions for the I-751, I don't think I need to include him in the form.

Has someone come across this scenario? The K2 has a 10 year card where as the K1 has only 2 years?

Make an infopass and double check. I've seen people get into problems on naturalization when they got the 10yr card while they were supposed to get 2-yr card.

I'd also suggest making an INFOPASS appointment to double check. Better to be safe than sorry.
