first let me thanks everyone on here i want to call everyone name but i know all know how much i love everyone on here all help me a lot and support me all the time so i want to let you all know that today i got an e mail from the embassy telling me that they issued my visa DEC 13 and will send it to me within two weeks yayyyyyyyyyyyy finally thanks God a lot ,, i didnt get it in hand yet but i'm so happy to know that after all the waiting time ,, not any word i will say is enough to thanks everyone on here and explain how wonderful people you are ,, wish with all my heart for everyone who is waiting to get the visa so soon ,, thanks again everyone . :luv:(F)(L)

Congratulations!!!! Very happy you were issued your visa. :)

6-22-09 - Filed petition at embassy in Cairo

8-12-09 - Contacted DOS for info on petition...found out petition is filed incorrectly...

8-12-09 - Tried contacting embassy with new info...no response for 3 days..

8-15-09 - Made appt to resubmit petition on 8-17

8-17-09 - CO at embassy informed us that correction was made and petition sent to Athens for approval.

8-26-09 - Petition approved by Athens USCIS

8-28-09 - Petition mailed to Cairo by Dipl. Pouch via Washington DC.

9-29-09 - Petition arrive at Cairo....

10-12-09 - Package 3 arrived and also sent back same day...

11-10-09 - Package 4 arrived

12-22-09 - Interview date - APPROVED

12-23-09 - DOS says Visa Issued

12-30-09 - Visa in hand

12-31-09 - Enshallah arrive back home :)

Awesome news! I can't imagine how excited you are!!!!

thanks so much Aymsgirl ,, i was this morning really feel down said to my self they will take longer and longer then i decide to check my e mail and then when i saw their e mail telling me that the visa is issued already i really cant believe that i even danced and then i prayed to thanks God a lot so i learned to never give up and be sure all will come on time , thanks so much , have a blessed day
