Where to file I-130 form?

Hello all. I am new here. I was just wondering about this question. I am out of the country atm in Turkey. I did get married here and I will be going back to the US in few weeks. Its just that before I came here I left my job. I was living in New Jersey at that time with my parents and I will be going back there for a few days. But I will be moving to Ohio to start working with my brother-in-law there. I am just wondering where I should be sending my form too. I am not quite sure about it. I know for OH and NJ there are 2 different P.O.Box that it goes too. Plus I am not sure if I will have to change address and everything else?? Or will it be easier to do all processing through NJ since my parents are still living there??

I hope I posted on the right place. I hope someone can help me.

I take the reside as residency. That is a good delima...i would call the USCIS and see what they say. I know there will be someone that may have dealt with this to come along soon

This is a delima indeed. I dont know what to do. I hope someone can answer here. Thanks for your reply though!
